“The Interview”

1. Please tell us a little bit about yourself, like how long are you working in this industry?

I’m Ryan Mazo 35, yrs of age currently Im working as a 3D Visualizer.
Way back 2003 I worked for 10 yrs as Policeman in Philippine National Police.
In 2012 I started doing 3D modeling and VFX animation at first is just for fun only later on I make it as a part time after that I resigned as a policeman because I got an offer in Malaysia.

For Archviz I started 2015 when I worked in Malaysia. I was modeler for 3 months after that they make me a Renderer. I was lucky because I been selected to have a training in chaos group conducted in our company after that everything is history.


2. Kindly share the basic process of the work you will share to us?

My basic process is simple only meet the requirements of the clients, look for reference photos, CAD, modeling, texturing, rendering and last basic processing.

3. What are the difficulties you encounter in working this project and the solution you can suggest to our readers?

We all known that tight deadlines is our biggest problem. Because sometimes were not handle only one project we will experience 2 or 3 project in our hands in this case for me the solution is to do one at the time, free your mind, think what is easy to do first, collect all resources that you can use in the project.

4. What nifty tips do you share to the community in working this kind of projects?

Do first the easiest part collect all the resources the you can use in the project.

5. Do you have anything to add that will help inspire others. Please feel free to let us know.

For me never stop learning, always practice be versatile and always be optimistic.
